CANCELLATION POLICY

📄 I require all my clients to have a card on file. I prompt all my clients to read my cancellation policy. Failure to read my Cancellation/Late Policy does not take it out of effect. ⏰ Late Policy • 15-minute grace period for returning clients • 20-minute grace period for new clients • If there is no communication regarding tardiness before your appointment, your appointment may be canceled and a fee will apply. • Please call or text me if you're running late! I understand that life happens, and communication is always appreciated. 📅 Rescheduling • Please reschedule your appointment 24–48 hours in advance • Appointments may be rescheduled ONCE using the same deposit by contacting us directly. ❌ Cancellation Policy • If you need to cancel, please provide 24-48hrs notice. • Cancellations made less than 24hrs before the scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. (this is due to me holding your spot and being unable to fill it). 💕 Deposits • All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your appointment.
